I know that many Persona fans have been anticipating to see Aigis/Aegis from Persona 3 being converted into a cute Nendoroid – some folks even went the trouble to make a custom one!
Anyway, Nendoroid Aigis: P3 Edition has been officially announced by GSC and as you can see on the product name – “Edition” means that she will be a fully-articulated Nendoroid! Yay! XD
7th Generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Android: Nendoroid form complete.
From the popular RPG ‘Persona 3’ comes a Nendoroid of Aigis! She comes with three different expressions including her standard expression, an upset expression and a smiling expression.
A number of weapon parts seen in the series are all included as optional parts, and she is also fully articulated to recreate all your favorite action poses from the series! The ‘Charred Screw’, a key item to Aigis, is also included.
She will be available on April 2014, priced at 4000 Yen.
If you are still unsure whether or not to get her, then you might want see some close-up shots as well as the usual “preview” up on Kahotan’s blog.

Well well … what a surprise we have
today yesterday – Nendoroid Saber Alter: Super Movable Edition was announced by Kahotan, and today we have her available for pre-order as well!
The King of Knights, corrupted by a dark shadow.
From the popular PC game ‘Fate/stay Night’ comes a Nendoroid of the ominous Saber Alter! She comes with two expressions including her standard expressionless face as well as a shouting expression! Her mask is also included and can be attached and removed whenever you like!
Also included as optional parts are two swords – her holy sword Excalibur dyed a dark black, as well as the sword erupting with dark energy, Vortigern – posing her with either sword together with the shouting face allows you to recreate various combat scenes from the series!
She will be available for 3800 Yen and scheduled for December release. *cough*
As usual, you can take a closer look of her at Kahotan’s blog. She even mentioned further details about Saber Alter’s mask there! XD

Did you miss your chance to get the Nendoroid Iron Man Mark 7: Hero’s Edition? Well, here is another chance for you to get him … albeit in different form. XD
Yes, as you can see there, it is Nendoroid Iron Man Mark 42: Hero’s Edition + Hall of Armor Set, which is based on the recent movie Iron Man 3. Similar to the Mark 7, this Nendoroid is also fully-articulated while bringing some nice booster effect parts. The mask can also be opened to reveal Tony Stark’s face, but this time his head is also included!
However, the real feature of this Nendoroid set … is the included standbase, which also serves as the famous Hall of Armor, albeit in Nendoroid size. You can check out how detailed they are in Mikatan’s blog. XD
Nendoroid Iron Man Mark 42: Hero’s Edition + Hall of Armor Set is scheduled to be available for pre-order on July 25th.

“Let the whistle of demise be heard! Ragnarok!”
From ‘Lyrical Nanoha The MOVIE 2nd A’s’ comes a Nendoroid of Hayate Yagami, the keeper of the Tome of the Night Sky. She comes with three expressions including a smiling face, a shouting face for combat scenes and a chanting face for casting spells.
She also comes with her intelligent device ‘Schwertkreuz’ as well as two different variations of the Tome of the Night Sky. Her human-form unison device ‘Reinforce’ is also included, and her stand is made to look like one of the magical circles from the series!
Similar to Nanoha and Fate, she will also be a poseable (fully articulated) Nendoroid. She will have three expressions: smiling, shouting, and chanting face. She will also have her intelligent device Schwertkreuz, the Tome of the Night Sky, as well as her human-form unison device Reinforce – she is too cute!! XD

Nendoroid Saber: Casual Clothes version
Since she was seen for the first time at Summer WonFes 2010 (in full-color!!), Nendoroid Saber: Casual Clothes version had been missing from both WonFes and other figure-related events. A few of us may even have thought that she was going to be cancelled.
super-movable version of Saber made a surprise re-appearance in the latest Winter WonFes 2012, along with some new tidbits of her parts and accessories as well as her release info. See it for yourself after the break. ^^
Nendoroid Saber: Super Movable Edition
Note: This review will be a lengthy one, because I have a lot of things to be written about this Nendoroid, not to mention some “technical” issues that I faced during the reviewing process. ^^
I know that Nendoroid Saber: Super Movable Edition has been released for a while and most of you might have played around with her. Actually I just got mine back then in mid December due to some shipping delay. Anyway, this is my second Saber figurine – the first being Nendoroid Saber Lion and somehow I overlooked Nendoroid Saber Lily. ^^;
As her product name suggested, Nendoroid Saber: Super Movable Edition a.k.a Saber FA (full action) is the first regular-sized Nendoroid (Petit Hachune Miku is the first super movable Nendoroid) who has extraordinary joints and body structures which (supposedly) features more articulation flexibility.
OK, enough with the introduction; let’s get directly to the in-depth review after the break. ^^
EDIT: Wrong numbering fixed (Thanks, Monchan!)
Nendoroid Saber Super Movable Edition
The first super-movable Nendoroid ever: Nendoroid Saber: Super Movable Edition has been released in Japan as of today. So, what’s so special about her? Well, of course it’s her joints. Unlike other previous Nendoroid, this super movable Saber has joints on her elbows and ankles – reminds me of Nendoroid Petit Hachune Miku. This Saber also brings along some of her swords and the sheaths – which looks to be very well sculpted.
Aside from her usual photo session, GSC staff Mikatan also held a small photo competition to celebrate this super-movable Nendoroid’s release. Here’s the details:
How to apply:
- Create an awesome pose for Nendoroid Saber: Super Movable Edition.
- Take some photos of it – mobile phone camera shoots are also accepted.
- Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject/title: “セイバーで遊んでみたお” along with your name and comment in the e-mail body.
- The most important factor is the POSE. Image quality doesn’t matter.
- You are allowed to use expression from any characters.
- Feel free to use other little items, but focus on the posing.
Mikatan, along with her Takanon and Ota-P will choose several winners from the submitted photos. The photos will be displayed in the blog and the winners will receive a small gift from Mikatan.
Enjoy Mikatan’s photos and read more details about the competition in her blog post here. Ready to pose your Saber, Nendonesians? ^^
The submission deadline is November 7th midnight (UTC+9).
