Christmas Eve party?

While I was gone out for almost a full day on Christmas Eve yesterday, it looked like my Snow Mikus did not want to be left out – they hosted a mini party for themselves!

They even invited one of the hottest Nendoroid guest star: Miss Super Sonico to sing the popular Christmas song “All I Want for Christmas is You” for them. XD

Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version

The web pre-order version of Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version was postponed to a undetermined timeframe previously, but thankfully, GSC has posted a little update about it.

Well, the Nendoroid is now re-scheduled to late August 2012 release. An arguably vague timeframe indeed, but they promised to keep the customer informed when their Snow Miku is ready to ship.

While you are waiting, let me give you a mix-match idea: XD

The web pre-order Nendoroid from Wonderful Hobby Life for You! 15 (a.k.a last Winter WonFes) are previously scheduled for June release, and then got delayed to July 4th.

Now, both of them are getting yet another delay, as follows:

  • Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version – TBA
  • Nendoroid Akemi Homura: School Uniform version – between July 13th – 17th

Personally, I think GSC is trying to improve the quality control of their recent goods, so I give them my respect for that. It is perfectly OK for me to wait longer to get quality products. XD

Yes, Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version was initially scheduled to start shipping today, June 29. However, it appears that GSC has sent out an email of apology and announcement about shipping delay of this Nendoroid to all of its customers. There are some problems discovered during the last inspection before the shipment, and as a result, it is delayed indefinitely.

Here is the email sent out by GSC:

Following items on June 25 will inform you as the day was scheduled to ship product orders
“WONDERFUL HOBBY LIFE FOR YOU!! 15” Web is inopportune has been discovered in some of the products in the inspection.

We decided to postpone the shipment.
