Nendoroid Shinguji Sakura and Koubu

After being shown in fully-colored fashion on the latest WonFes, it is only natural that Nendoroid Shinguji Sakura and Koubu set gets a preview treatment by Mikatan.

For you who are unfamiliar with this character, well, both of them came from a (classic) game series titled Sakura Taisen (a.k.a Sakura Wars), which was firstly released on 1996. Due to its success, the series spawned and branched into other platforms and media, including OVA, animated TV series, manga, as well as mobile games.

Nendoroid Shinguji Sakura will bring along two expressions, as well as her sword and some optional body parts. Perhaps, the most interesting part of the set is the inclusion of Nendoroid Koubu Sakura. Aside from having several Nendoroid joints inside its body, this unit is also mountable! You can do so by opening the Koubu’s top hatch and put Nendoroid inside – although you have to remove the lower body of the rider Nendoroid. XD
