Tantei Opera Milky Holmes 2 PSP game announcement
Have you read our review of Nendoroid Sherlock Shellinford (a.k.a Sharo) which was posted early this year? Yes, that Nendoroid was bundled with the limited edition of PSP game Tantei Opera Milky Holmes that was released by the end of 2010. Since then, the Nendoroid has become pretty hard to be found and its price has been skyrocketing due to her epic expressions.
Well, Bushiroad announced that the said game is getting a sequel titled Tantei Opera Milky Holmes 2, which will include Nendoroid Akechi Kokoro (Game version), original soundtrack CD, drama CD, and Weiss Schwarz cards in the limited edition. Here is the original artwork of Akechi Kokoro:
The game is scheduled for August 2012 release and reservation will start on January 2012. The pricing schemes have also been announced: 13800 Yen, 9800 Yen, and 4980 Yen. The limited edition with Nendoroid should be included on either (or both) 13800 Yen and/or 9800 Yen. A digital download version (via PlayStation Store) will also be available.
Well, what do you think, Nendonesian? ^^
Nendoroid Sherlock Shellinford (a.k.a Sharo) from anime series Tantei Opera Milky Holmes has been released. For you who haven’t known yet, yes, there are two version of Sharo: this one is based on the TV animation, while the other one is based on the PSP game. If you are curious about the parts and accessories inside her package, feel free to dig into Mikatan’s preview. ^^
Nendoroid Kaname Madoka
Nendoroid Kaname Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica is also seeing a release in Japanese figure stores today (or yesterday). Well, I guess you have already read Mikatan’s preview post on this one, so I have nothing more to say. ^^
Well then, which one are you anticipating, Nendonesian? Is it Sharo? Madoka? Both? XD
The release schedules of long awaited Nendoroid Cirno from Touhou Project and Nendoroid Sherlock Shellingford (a.k.a Sharo) from Tantei Opera Milky Holmes are pushed back to August. Both of them are initially scheduled to be released by this month though.
Well, GSC are getting busy to prepare for the upcoming summer WonFes, so it is reasonable that we get some delays … but, hey, at least Nendoroid Black Rock Strength (a.k.a STR) got a release date: July 25 – yes, that is one day after WonFes! ^^
Any thoughts, Nendonesian?
Nendoroid Petit from Tantei Opera Milky Holmes
Tantei Opera Milky Holmes‘ official Twitter account has just posted some pics of Nendoroid Petits from the popular detective anime/game series. Since its announcement back then on October last year, the pics of these cute detectives had been teased several times. Anyway, one more pic after the break. ^^

Nendoroid Sharo: Anime version
This week is really a Nendoroid week for Mikatan – well, she did mention something like that on her first blog post earlier this week. ^^ Well, today is the cute detective of Tantei Opera Milky Holmes‘ turn to get the preview treatment by Mikatan. Yep, Nendoroid Sharo: Anime version had a quick photo session today, and you can see her compared with the original game version of Nendoroid Sharo as well. ^^
Sly expression - my fave face plate of Sharo Anime version
Anyway, the anime version of Sharo brings along a total of 3 expressions, a spectacle, Kamaboko (her cat), as well as a removable detective hat and a big ribbon. Nendoroid Sharo: Anime version will be available for pre-order starting March 1, without any pricing info mentioned yet. In any case, kindly visit Mikatan’s blog for a drooling gallery of the adorable detective. ^^

We have already covered about a comparison of Nendoroid Sherlock Shellingford (Sharo), between the original/game and anime version. Now that the anime version has been completely painted, let’s have another look between them. See it after the break. ^^
Nendoroid Sharo - Original (left) vs Anime version (right)
Although Winter WonFes 2011 has already ended, many folks are still putting interesting (read: adorable Nendoroid) photos of the events up to the net. One of the latest pics is this photo of Nendoroid Sharo: Anime version, which was (intentionally) put in comparison with her original counterpart – taken from official blog of Tantei Opera Milky Holmes. Well … can you spot the differences between these two version of the cute detective? ^^
Pic of Nendoroid Petits from Tantei Opera Milky Holmes and Nendoroid Totori from Atelier Totori can be found after the break.
Night show participants and guests
Although Winter Wonder Festival 2011 has just ended, Good Smile Company (GSC) and Max Factory (MF) still have another programme to wrap it up – a live broadcast on NicoNicoDouga, dubbed Live Wonder Hobby TV9: Night Show. This is a special event where some GSC and MF, along with their partners discussed several topics as well as showing their products. More info about this programme can be found at Mikatan’s blog.
Anyway, I have compiled a quick screencaps of the broadcast, which can be found after the break. ^^

Personally, I prefer the regular Nendoroid rather than the Petit-sized one. How about you, Nendonesian? ^^
