It seems that Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version has some serious quality control issues. After being delayed for about two months, the Nendoroid is still facing some problems.

There are quite a lot of reports from early receivers that their Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat version are carrying some manufacturing defects. Here are a few of them:

• Twintail joints x2
• Hair ribbon
• Mic stand and shovel parts set
• Neck joints
• Coat buttons popped out

Fortunately, GSC has acknowledged the problems:

In regard to the manufacturing defects found in the “Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat Ver.” figure, which were announced on Monday, Sept. 3, the parts “Mic Stand and Shovel Parts Set,” “Pigtail Joints x 2,” and “Hair Ribbons” will be sent to all customers who purchased this figure in accordance with the quantity they ordered. We will begin sending out these parts at the end of September, and all customers will receive a personal email detailing the shipment date of the replacement parts before they are sent.

In the event that you cannot remove a broken part of the Pigtail Joint from the figure’s head, or if you find any further defects with your item, we ask that you please contact Customer Support for further assistance. All customer inquiries regarding defects and replacement parts will be handled as quickly as possible.
*In the event that the parts you require are out of stock, you may experience a slight delay.
