We already have Black Rock Shooter, OreImo, Bakuman, K-ON!, Hayate no Gotoku, and a couple of other anime series getting Nendoroid rendition of their characters. So … what’s next? Well, there is an upcoming anime titled DOG DAYS, which is seemingly supported by Good Smile Company. Mikatan has also mentioned in her blog that figures from this series has already being developed now. ^^

So … what is DOG DAYS? Well, I only know that the story revolves around a boy named Shinku who is summoned to an alternate world by Princess Millhiore to defend her country from the neighboring kingdom of Garrett (Wikipedia). The series will begin broadcasting on April 2 in Japan though, so you might want to check it out later. ^^

Well, what do you think about this future candidates to join the Nendoroid army? ^^

I have just watched the first episode as well.
The story feels a bit “light” considering how the war “penalties” is not
      that serious IMO. ^^
That said, I am quite eager to see how the story would develop later.
Oh, and the magic scene feels like Nanoha series IMHO. ^^
